PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Students will create a graffiti artwork using colored pencils. Your word or phrase must be related to you or things you like.

Students will create a graffiti artwork using colored pencils. Your word or phrase must be related to you or things you like.
REQUIREMENTS
Prep:
- Word Choice: Your word or phrase must relate to you or things you like.
- Practice: You must practice your lettering until it is the best it can be.
- Resources: You must be drawing from resources at all times. Yes, you can make up a font, but always has a resource near you as a back-up.
- Worksheet: Complete the attached color blending worksheet.
Drawing:
- Sharpie: You must outline everything you drew in pencil in sharpie.
- Color: You must blend between three colors inside of each letter.
- Background Shape: Your background must have some kind of shape. Try to make the shape relate somehow to your word. You must cut out your shape/word.
- Background color: Your background must feature a color that makes your word "pop," and must blend from dark to light.
- Craftsmanship: Your final product must neat and clean with no color ledges.
